What do I need to keep sneakers clean at home?
The Cleaning Kit has a cleaning solution, a brush and a microfiber cloth for regular care. Sneaker Wipes handle scuffs on the go. Protector spray adds protection against water, stains and dirt.

Do you collect from my door?
Yes. Free pickup and delivery in Dubai over AED 320; AED 30 under AED 320. Abu Dhabi AED 100, minimum order AED 500, pickup on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday only. Other emirates can drop off at our office in Ibn Battuta Gate. Dubai pickups still run on Sundays.
How long will I be without them?
Shoes: Back in about 4 days, Sundays excluded. Bags: Around 5 working days. Restoration: 7 to 10 days, depending on the work.
In a hurry? Express, back in 24 hours, +AED 75 per pair. Same-day, +AED 100 per pair, collected 11 to 2 and back 6 to 9.
Will they come back looking brand new?
We never promise brand new, and nobody can promise every stain will come out. What we do promise is our full expertise: the right method for the material, and nothing that risks damage or colour loss. If something can’t be fixed, we tell you before we start.
How much will mine cost?
Every service shows its price on the site. Anything that needs a closer look, like stitching or bag restoration, is quoted by photo: send one on WhatsApp and we reply with a price.
Is my designer bag safe with you?
Every item is handled by hand and protected while in our care, covered in line with our Terms and Conditions of Service. Your items. Our responsibility.
Why not just take them to a laundry?
Shoes and bags are all we do. Each item gets a method built around its material and construction. No washing machines, no one-size-fits-all.
How do I pay?
Online bookings are paid securely at checkout. For bookings made through WhatsApp, our team will confirm payment arrangements with your quote.
What if something goes wrong?
Talk to us. If an item is lost or damaged in our care, raise it within 2 days of collection or delivery so we can look into it properly.
