Sundays are not counted. Heavy stains, a clean that turns into a restoration, extra work you add and public holidays can take longer.

04Pickup and delivery
Door to door across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This is how it runs.
- 10 Book online or on WhatsApp Choose your service and address, and pick a collection slot at checkout. Or message us and we book it for you.
- 11 We collect A driver comes in your slot: 11am to 2pm, 2pm to 5pm or 6pm to 9pm, and calls when on the way.
- 12 We clean and restore By hand, material by material. If an item needs more than you booked, we ask before we start.
- 13 We deliver back We message you when your items are ready, then bring them back to your door.
- Dubai
- Free pickup and delivery in Dubai over AED 320. AED 30 under AED 320. Pickups still run on Sundays.
- Abu Dhabi
- Abu Dhabi AED 100, minimum order AED 500, pickup on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday only.
- Other emirates
- Drop off and collect at our office: Office 312G, 3rd Floor, Ibn Battuta Gate Offices, Jebel Ali Village, Dubai. Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Choose drop-off at checkout.
05Payment
Online bookings are paid securely at checkout.
For bookings made through WhatsApp, our team will confirm payment arrangements with your quote. We don't leave items at an address before payment.
