Express, back in 24 hours, +AED 75 per pair. Same-day, +AED 100 per pair, collected 11 to 2 and back 6 to 9.
Pickup and drop-off
Free pickup and delivery in Dubai over AED 320; AED 30 under AED 320. Abu Dhabi AED 100, minimum order AED 500, pickup on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday only.
Other emirates can drop off at our office in Ibn Battuta Gate, Jebel Ali Village. Mon to Sat, 9am to 6pm.
What’s included
A deep clean for one pair of sneakers, done by hand. Canvas, leather, suede and nubuck each get their own method, and every pair is deodorised.
Booking 3 or more pairs together costs less per pair. Some marks, such as dye transfer, ink and yellowed soles, may not come out with a clean alone; Yellow Sole Treatment is a separate service. Not sure what your pair needs? Send a photo on WhatsApp.

I’m genuinely impressed with the recent shoe cleaning service. My Zegna canvas shoes were brought back to life, honestly, they look almost brand new again. The attention to detail and care taken really shows. It’s not easy to restore canvas to this level, but they absolutely nailed it. Highly recommended if you value quality and precision.

Do you collect from my door?

How long will I be without them?
Shoes: Back in about 4 days, Sundays excluded. Bags: Around 5 working days. Restoration: 7 to 10 days, depending on the work.

Will they come back looking brand new?
We never promise brand new, and nobody can promise every stain will come out. What we do promise is our full expertise: the right method for the material, and nothing that risks damage or colour loss. If something can’t be fixed, we tell you before we start.
How much will mine cost?
Every service shows its price on the site. Anything that needs a closer look, like stitching or bag restoration, is quoted by photo: send one on WhatsApp and we reply with a price.
Why not just take them to a laundry?
Shoes and bags are all we do. Each item gets a method built around its material and construction. No washing machines, no one-size-fits-all.

What if something goes wrong?
Talk to us. If an item is lost or damaged in our care, raise it within 2 days of collection or delivery so we can look into it properly.
