A standing monthly arrangement for the shoes you actually wear. Twenty pairs a month, cleaned and returned the next day, across four collection rounds from your Dubai address. Membership is arranged personally on WhatsApp, so there is nothing to book or check out here.

How it works

- 05 Back the next day Your pairs come back the next day, at about the time we collected them. Up to four rounds a month and 20 pairs in total.
Who it is for
For clients with a rotation, not a single pair: office loafers, weekend sneakers, the pairs saved for occasions. It replaces booking each clean with one standing monthly arrangement.
Questions
Are bags, repairs or restoration included?
No. The membership covers shoe cleaning. Bags, repairs and restoration are charged separately.
Which shoes are included?
Every type of shoe: sneakers, leather, suede, heels, boots and more. The membership covers cleaning only. Treatments beyond the clean, such as yellow sole treatment or sole guard, are charged separately.
How quickly do my shoes come back?
The next day, at about the time we collected them. Pairs collected on a Saturday come back on Monday. We work on public holidays.
How do the collection rounds work?
You get four collection-and-return rounds each month, from one Dubai address. Each round is one collection with its matching return. Book each round with us on WhatsApp.
Do you collect outside Dubai?
Membership collections are from one Dubai address.
What if I don't use all 20 pairs?
Unused pairs do not roll over to the next month.
How do I pay?
Membership is paid monthly, in advance, through a payment link our team sends on WhatsApp. It starts once payment is confirmed. There is no checkout on the website.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, at any time. Message us on WhatsApp.
What results can I expect?
Every pair gets our full expertise. We try everything possible for the best result, never at the risk of damaging the item or causing colour loss, and we tell you honestly what is achievable before we start.
